i did this workout today: 50 crunches 20 squat jumps 1min plank 2min wall sit 30 side crunches, each <strike>20 roll back jumps</strike> 20 squat thrusts...those rbjs killed my knee. 20 v-ups 150 calf raises {90 together, 30r, 30l}
OH, and i ran too. TALK ABOUT WHOA. if you scoff at that workout, try doing it without stopping. pssh.
