I wish I was that motivated to work out! I go through phases...two months on, two months off. :-/ Starting a hot yoga class this week though, so hopefully I can stick to it!
oh. my. gosh. Let me know how it goes. I hear that if you're not already at a certain level of fitness, its so hard that most people give up in the 1st week. So take it slow. Dont hurt yourself. You JUST had a baby, remember?? lolbut good for you!
i'm hoping my previous fitness will kick in! but- i'm not pushing it to the limit. like the guy said, do your max each time whether it's 14 or 40. i'm mega excited!
